What is your cancellation and refund policy?

• 15+ Days Notice: Full refund (less $15 + GST processing fee).

• 8–14 Days Notice: 50% refund.

• 7 Days or Less: No refund.

• Changes: $10 + GST fee for changes to reservations.

Do you allow pets?

Yes, pets are welcome. We ask that they are kept on a leash at all times, cleaned up after, and respectful of other guests. Continuous barking or disruptive behaviour is not permitted.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is between 2:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Check-out is by 11:00 am.

Are you a family-friendly location?

Absolutely. Lost Lemon is a family-friendly campground, and we strive to create a welcoming, relaxing environment for guests of all ages.

Are fires allowed?

Yes, campfires are welcome when there is no active fire ban. Firewood is available for purchase at the office.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is permitted at your campsite only. Please clean up all cigarette butts, and note that marijuana use is not permitted on the property in order to maintain our family-friendly atmosphere.

Where are you located?

We are located in the beautiful Crowsnest Pass area, surrounded by mountains, rivers, and easy access to outdoor adventure. Check great local businesses here.

What amenities do you offer?

We offer a wide range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including:

• Washhouse with hot showers, toilets, and laundry

• Full hookups (on select sites)

• Heated outdoor pool

• On-site bistro, open daily

• Volleyball net, basketball court, and horseshoe pits

• Playground

• Wi-Fi access

• Riverside campsites

Can I fish right from my campsite?

Yes, if you are staying in one of our riverside sites. From other sites, the river is just a short walk away.

Can I swim in the river?

Yes, there is a beautiful swimming hole right on the property.

When is the pool open?

Our heated outdoor pool is open from the May long weekend through Labour Day weekend.

What kind of food does your bistro serve?

Our bistro serves wholesome, made-from-scratch meals prepared with love. The menu changes often and may include favourites like perogies, lasagna, tuna poke bowls, or Greek souvlaki. Susie Q enjoys keeping things fresh and creative while always offering staples like homemade burgers. We’re happy to accommodate special requests whenever possible.

How close are hiking and mountain biking trails?

The popular PPK and York trail systems are just one block from our property, making it easy to head straight into adventure.

Is there paddle boarding nearby?

Yes, Chinook Lake and Crowsnest Lake are both nearby and offer excellent opportunities for paddle boarding, swimming, hiking, and relaxing by the water.

Are there good places to eat nearby?

Yes, there are several wonderful local restaurants close by, including Pass Beer Co., The Cherry on Top, OneMore and other Crowsnest Pass favourites.
